About Hyde Hall

Hyde Hall Farm has been in the Cannon family for over 120 years and has evolved from a traditional mixed farm into a dynamic rural enterprise built around education, environmental stewardship, and rural business development alongside the core agricultural business.

The diversified business began with a clear goal — to futureproof the farm and use our resources creatively and sustainably. Today, we offer curriculum-linked school visits that reconnect children with food, farming and nature. Alongside this, we've developed a thriving hub of rural business units and offices, supporting over 14 local enterprises.

Our in-house fencing and amenity business, as well as our logging and timber enterprise, further diversify income while using our skills and land responsibly. Across all our work, we're committed to environmental improvement — from habitat creation to regenerative practices.

Hyde Hall Farm is a living example of how diversification can be educational, entrepreneurial, and ecological — all grounded in strong rural values and a commitment to future generations.
